Ensemble Giunter Percussion
Strings and percussion is melody and rhythm, poetry and fiery temperament. These two are poles apart and when they meet the result is astounding. This original union of two different timbres prompted the orchestra musicians to prepare an unusual programme. Original music for strings and percussion by contemporary composers L. Harrison, Tan Dun and the Lithuanian composer Anatolijus Šenderovas will be performed.
