FOR EVENTS VISITORS
“Greitukas" ticket is an e-ticket to an event, which can be bought in www.bilietai.lt website and must be printed on white A4-size paper and provided at entrance to the event.
Buying of tickets through the BILIETAI LT system is completely safe, since all the information sent/received in the www.bilietai.lt website is protected using SSL certificates. BILIETAI LT system is based on "Postgress" technology.
If you have problems when buying online, please call the short number 118 (1.5 LTL/min.) and you will receive all the needed information and support.

Found the event you are interested in, click "Buy tickets"
You will go into the hall plan.
Select that particular sector.
In the dropdown menu, select sector, price and number of tickets. Click "Choose seats".
You will see the places selected by BILIETAI LT system in the website window. Places is marked in yellow.
If places is suitable for you, click "Next".
If not - in dropdown menu select the places again.
The system will show information about the tickets booked, including total price of tickets.
When discount is applied to tickets of the event, in the dropdown menu select the discount and enter ID of your discount card. Click "Apply discount". Then you see tickets price with discount.
Fill checkbox "Make reservation" and click "Next".
Please enter the contact information.
In is necessary to correctly enter your first name, last name and e-mail address – this information is necessary to ensure smooth process of ticket purchase;
Please indicate your familiarisation with "User Rules". Enter the security code as seen in the box. Click "Reserve";
When ticket booking window opens, please record or print (click "Print") the booking code and provide it at any booking office of BILIETAI LT.
Important information!
Less than 2 days before beginning of event, tickets cannot be booked online;
You can take your tickets in BILIETAI LT booking offices within 24 hours from beginning of booking;
When taking the tickets in booking offices, it is necessary to provide the booking code.
Please call to 1588 (2 LTL/min.) and consultants of the 1588 system will select places and book tickets to the preferred event. The booking code can be written down or sent via SMS message (the service is free of charge).
Ticket booking is valid for 24 hours. After this period it is automatically cancelled. It is not possible to cancel booking.
Tickets booked can be paid up and taken at any booking office of BILIETAI LT. You only need to provide your booking code received when booking tickets online or by phone.
Ticket can be taken by any person who provides ticket booking code at a booking office.
In the "Search" box, located in top of the website, enter information about your preferred event and/or select the desired criteria and click "Search".
To select an event according to category (theatre, concert, sports, etc.): in the menu at the top of the website, click the category of interest or select the category in "Detail search" box and find it in the list provided.
Events can be also selected according to event groups shown in right-hand menu of the website (All events, Family events, Events with discount, etc.).
At the top of the website, in right-hand side, there is the link “Booking Offices’, which can be clicked to see all the booking offices of BILIETAI LT, their addresses, locations on map and working time.
Tickets can be only returned when event is cancelled. Detailed information about return of tickets to a cancelled event is provided online (at description of the event), in BILIETAI LT booking offices and by calling to short number 1588 (2 LTL/min.).
BILIETAI LT acts as intermediary between the event organiser and the buyer of ticket. BILIETAI LT does not organise events and therefore it does not accept liability for cancellation of events, their postponement, quality or other issues related to event organisation. All these issues are responsibility of event organiser.
Upon request from organiser, tickets to a cancelled event are accepted in booking offices of BILIETAI LT. In case of ticket return, it is necessary to indicate account number and other required data, so that the organiser can transfer money for tickets. When organiser requests repaying moneys for tickets itself, BILIETAI LT cannot accept the tickets back – in such case the BILIETAI LT informs the customers where they should apply for return of tickets.

BILIETAI LT acts as an intermediary between the service provider (event organiser) and the buyer. The invoice, depending on the event, is written in the name of the service provider on the day of the ticket purchase or the day of the event and presented to the buyer within a period of several days.
If you need an invoice, inform the cashier while buying the tickets and the necessary information will be entered into the databasis. The invoice will be e-mailed to you immediately.
If you have not asked for an invoice while buying the tickets, you can address the same ticket office within 14 days and present the tickets, the receipt and your details to the cashier.
