Use of Data
Personal information about ticket buyer (first name and last name; mobile phone number; post address; e-mail address) is confidential and available only to employees working with the ticket distribution system. The information is necessary in order to provide the ticket sale services quickly, safely and in high quality. Any financial data of ticket buyer (such as number of settlement account) are recorded temporarily. They are not accumulated or stored in the BILIETAI LT system.
Additional Charges
Service charges are applied to tickets. The charges are specified next to ticket price.
E-Ticket
Visitors of www.bilietai.lt website can buy a 'greitukas' e-ticket online. The ticket must be printed on white A4-size page in high quality and presented at entrance to the event.
One e-ticket can only be used once. Holder of e-ticket must not allow other persons to copy his/her ticket. When the ticket is copied, the event can be accessed by the person who presents the ticket first in location of entrance control.
It is strictly forbidden to copy e-tickets. In case of actual or attempted violation of this requirement, the persons will be liable in accordance with the procedure laid down in legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
In case of return of e-ticket (when an event is cancelled and its organiser assigns the return of tickets to BILIETAI LT), buyer must present his/her personal document - data in the document must be identical to the data indicated on e-ticket.
Booking/Purchase Code
After booking or payment of tickets online and receipt of booking/purchase code, please store it till receiving the tickets. Booking of tickets is valid for 24 hours.
Settlement for Services
Methods of settlement available in the BILIETAI LT system:
Settlement in cash
When buying tickets in booking offices of BILIETAI LT, you can settle in cash and take your tickets immediately;
Settlement by means of bank transfer
You can visit any bank and transfer money to our account (please indicate account number and bank data);
Settlement in www.bilietai.lt website
When buying tickets in www.bilietai.lt website, you can settle using HANSA and SEB VB credit cards.
Return and Replacement of Tickets:
BILIETAI LT acts as an intermediary between event organiser (service provider) and the buyer. BILIETAI LT does not organise events and therefore it accepts no liability for cancelled events, for postponement of events, for their quality and other issues related to organisation of event. All these issues are liability of event organiser.
Upon request from organiser, tickets to a cancelled event are accepted in booking offices of BILIETAI LT. In case of ticket return, it is necessary to indicate account number and other required data, so that the organiser can transfer money for tickets. When organiser requests repaying moneys for tickets itself, BILIETAI LT cannot accept the tickets back - in such case the BILIETAI LT informs the customers where they should apply for return of tickets.
Tickets cannot be replaced or accepted back, therefore, each time before buying tickets, you should consider if you will be able to arrive to the event and how many tickets you need. BILIETAI LT is not responsible when ticket is lost or damaged because of your fault and cannot be used.

It is forbidden to publish, to quote or to otherwise present in mass media and websites the information provided in the website without permission from BILIETAI LT UAB in writing.
Design of this website and the BILIETAI LT trade name are protected by legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. Any use of the design or the trade name without permission in writing from BILIETAI LT UAB is illegal. BILIETAI LT UAB reserves the right to apply to law-and-order institutions in case of illegal activities.
