Sensation: Pitbull Announces Another Show in Lithuania

The enormous interest in global music star Pitbull’s concert in Lithuania has exceeded all expectations. It has now been confirmed that the artist will not limit his visit to the already completely sold-out show at Darius and Girėnas Stadium.

Today it was officially announced that one of the world’s most famous pop performers will hold an additional concert in Lithuania – on November 30 Pitbull will perform at Žalgirio Arena in Kaunas.

Joining Pitbull on stage will be another internationally known name – rapper Lil Jon. This is the news thousands of fans were waiting for after missing the chance to purchase tickets for the summer show at the stadium.

Tickets for the Pitbull concert will be available at all Bilietai.lt outlets and online at www.bilietai.lt starting Friday, March 13 at 10:00 AM. A day earlier, Thursday, March 12 at 10:00 AM, tickets will be available for members of the Live Nation Lithuania club. Registration for the club is available at www.livenation.lt.

Just last week it was announced that all tickets for the show at Darius and Girėnas Stadium were completely sold out, even though the event is still more than five months away.

Demand significantly exceeded supply – according to ticket distributor Bilietai.lt PLG, tens of thousands of fans were waiting for tickets to the Pitbull concert.

According to the event organizers, this is an unprecedented case in Lithuania’s music history, when an international artist announces an additional concert in the same calendar year due to overwhelming demand.

A Global Phenomenon Dominating the Charts

Pitbull is a true international music phenomenon. Born in Miami as Armando Christian Pérez, he has become one of the most influential names in pop and Latin music over the past two decades.

His songs – including Give Me Everything (with Ne-Yo), Timber (with Kesha), International Love, and Feel This Moment (with Christina Aguilera) – have dominated radio stations across continents, reached top positions on the Billboard Hot 100 and collected billions of streams online.

Throughout his career Pitbull has released 11 studio albums, sold more than 25 million albums and over 100 million singles, while his music videos have amassed more than 15 billion views on YouTube alone. His repertoire spans multiple genres – from hip-hop to pop and reggaeton – reflecting the unique sound of Miami and Latin American cultures.

Pitbull has collaborated with global superstars such as Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera, Kesha, Ne-Yo, Enrique Iglesias, Shakira, Usher, Akon, Lil Jon, Marc Anthony, Chris Brown, DJ Khaled, T-Pain and Sean Paul.

In 2024, Pitbull also collaborated with rock legend Jon Bon Jovi and released the hit Now or Never. The unexpected duet quickly became a global success, once again proving Pitbull’s ability to connect genres and generations.

Awards and Recognition

Pitbull is a Grammy Award winner, receiving the award for Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative Album for Dale in 2016. The same year he was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in recognition of his contribution to the entertainment industry.

Beyond music, Pitbull is also known as an entrepreneur and philanthropist. He founded the SLAM! (Sports Leadership and Management) school network in the United States to provide quality education and sports opportunities for children from underserved communities.

His business ventures include the Mr. 305 record label, the Voli 305 Vodka brand and Globalization, a SiriusXM radio channel dedicated to global rhythmic music. Recently, he also made history as the first artist to have a sports stadium named after him – the stadium of Florida International University is now called Pitbull Stadium.

Success of the Global Tour

Pitbull is currently continuing his global tour, which has achieved massive success worldwide. Last year he held spectacular concerts across Europe, where tickets in major arenas sold out instantly. At The O2 Arena in London alone, 20,000 fans gathered for a completely sold-out show on February 26.

Critics and fans alike often describe Pitbull as one of the most charismatic and energetic performers of his generation.

The Pitbull concert at Darius and Girėnas Stadium in Kaunas is presented by Live Nation Lithuania, the largest event promoter in the Baltic states.
