ELŽBIETA LIEPA DVARIONAITĖ

Still a student of the National Čiurlionis Arts School, pianist Elžbieta Liepa Dvarionaitė (b. 2001 m.) has already collected a number of international trophies, including first prizes in Estonia (2011), Poland (2013), Czechia (2016), and Latvia where she has won three competitions held in Riga, Valmiera and Jūrmala.
The year 2016 was particularly successful for the Lithuanian talent as she won the Grand Prizes at the 8th Bach Competition for Young Pianists in Vilnius and at the Kaunas Sonorum Festival.
Dvarionaitė has performed with several orchestras in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia and has taken part at the International Čiurlionis Festivals held in Vilnius and Palanga.
She has attended master classes lead by renowned Lithuanian pianists, Petras Geniušas and Mūza Rubackytė, as well as by an Italian pianist Robert Plano.
As one of the country’s most promising young talents, she has been receiving support from the Vilnius-based Mstislav Rostropovich Foundation since 2014.

PAULINA JANKOVSKYTĖ

Paulina Jankovskytė (b. 2000) took first violin lessons at the age of seven in her native town of Vievis before moving to Vilnius five years later to study at the National Čiurlionis Arts School.
She has won prizes at several national and international competitions held in Lithuania, including four Balys Dvarionas Competitions (2009, 2011, 2014, and 2016), Kaunas Sonorum (2010), two Viktoras Radovičius Competitions (2010 and 2013), and Ars Lituanica (2016). Her most recent achievement was the second prize at the Raimundas Katilius Competition in the spring of 2017.
Apart from numerous performances across Lithuania, she has played several concerts abroad, including the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival in Germany (2013), the Small Theatre in Ankara, and the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Berlin.
She has shared stages with St Christopher Orchestra, Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra, and Kaunas Symphony. Over the past several years, she took a number of masterclasses given by Lithuanian violinists Undinė Jagėlaitė-Lipinaitienė and Dalia Stulgytė-Schmalenberg, as well as by Tatyana Berkul and Sergey Krylov from Russia, and Romanian violinist Petru Munteanu.
Paulina Jankovskytė, one of Lithuanian talents supported by the Mstislav Rostropovich Foundation, plays custom-made copy of a violin by Antonio Stradivarius.
