BLACK SPIKES + Awakening Sun, Griefgod | Vasaros terasa
As the warm season dawns, the Vasaros terasa venue will open its gates to scorching metal. Modern metal band BLACK SPIKES, currently one of the main emerging names in the heavy scene, will return from a European tour to showcase their experience and present their upcoming album YDOS!
Black Spikes is a rising force in modern metal, already recognisable for the intensity of their performances, memorable guitar riffs, Lithuanian lyrics that intrigue international audiences, and one of the most theatrical stage shows in the current local metal scene.
The band has signed a deal with one of the biggest record labels Napalm Records and is currently touring Europe (30 gigs in just over a month!). Black Spikes have been nominated in two M.A.M.A. music awards categories: Metal Music Band of the Year and Breakthrough of the Year. Moreover, they became the first heavy music band to perform on the M.A.M.A. stage, captivating not only fans of the genre but also audiences who had previously been indifferent to metal music.
Black Spikes urge you not to miss the Vilnius concert: ‘We will be returning home after our first European tour, so we will be in our best form and present not only already-loved songs, but also new singles from our upcoming album YDOS, which will be released in August together with Napalm Records.’
