How to use the Gift Voucher?
Online: when purchasing tickets, enter the gift voucher code in the “Gift voucher code” field.
At box offices: simply present the Gift Voucher.
Important information:
The Gift Voucher must be used in a single purchase, and any unused balance is not refunded.
The Gift Voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
The Gift Voucher validity period cannot be extended.
Please keep the voucher safe – if it is damaged or lost, it cannot be used.

“Bilietai.lt” Gift Voucher:
- valid for 12 months (from the date of purchase);
- Gift voucher amounts: €10, €15, €20, €30, €40, €50, €100, €150 and €200;
- redeemable online at www.bilietai.lt and at Bilietai.lt box offices (not redeemable at “Rimi” store checkouts);
- can be used for any event distributed by “Bilietai.lt”, except gift vouchers;
- cannot be returned or exchanged for cash;
- any unused balance of the gift voucher is not refunded;
- the validity period cannot be extended.

The event organiser takes responsibility for the event and its quality. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, the organiser is responsible for deciding on the return of tickets and refunds and is liable for refunds and damages. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable (including non-attendance). The ticket distributor is acting only as an independent agent and is not liable for refunds or damages. If discounts are applied to the event, they apply only to the ticket price and do not apply to additional fees.
