Intimate yet spacious, warm and imagination-opening, AUKAI invites you to embark on a meditative listening journey. This is not a conventional concert, but a subtle sonic experience in which cinematic musical miniatures merge with ambient soundscapes, opening inner landscapes and inviting a deeper presence.
The concert will feature works from AUKAI’s extensive music catalogue – sensitive compositions inspired by neoclassical, world music, and contemporary ambient sound, guiding listeners into a unique inner journey.
AUKAI is the musical project of German composer and multi-instrumentalist Markus Sieber, internationally recognized for his distinctive and immediately recognizable sound. His latest album *“Chambers”*, recorded at renowned composer Nils Frahm’s studio *Funkhaus* in Berlin, received significant critical attention and was positively reviewed in international press, including *The New York Times*.
During this evening, Markus will perform on his signature instrument – the ronroco, a 10-string instrument of South American origin resembling a mandolin, which has become an inseparable part of AUKAI’s sound. He will also play various guitars and Bell Plates – unique melodic sound plates that Markus fell in love with during one of his stays at Dragonfly Land and now uses in his compositions.
He will be joined by Angelika Baumbach, whose sensitive playing on harp and piano will enrich this special musical journey.

This concert will take place not in a traditional concert hall, but in a space created for deep listening.
Dragonfly Land is a place where sound becomes more than music. Surrounded by nature, it is a space where sound can unfold freely and time seems to slow down. Here, music is not a background – it is an experience that invites you to pause, listen, and allow sound to touch deeper layers within.
Over the years, this space has become home to hundreds of concerts, sound ceremonies, gong journeys, and conscious gatherings, where people come not only to listen, but to experience.
On the evening of September 3, AUKAI’s music will naturally merge with the atmosphere of this place. Gentle sounds of ronroco, guitars, harp, and piano will resonate in a space designed so that every note is not only heard, but felt.
This is an invitation to slow down, step away from everyday noise, and immerse yourself in a rare experience of simply listening.
CONCERT FORMAT: free choice of seating – cushions, chairs, or moving around the space.
