Nāda Yoga is an ancient Indian metaphysical practice based on the belief that the entire universe and everything within it is made of vibrations (nāda). These inner (anahata) and outer (ahata) vibrations can lead us to deeper harmony between our inner and outer worlds. Through the subtle power of Indian ragas, silence, and breath, this retreat invites you to explore how sound can restore emotional, energetic, and spiritual balance.

Imran Khan comes from the famous Indian musical dynasty – Sikar Gharana – and represents the tenth generation of musicians devoted to preserving and evolving classical Indian music. Years of performance and dedication have shaped his sitar sound into a powerful voice of ancient tradition and timeless depth.
