PLG, the parent company of Bilietai.lt, acquires Czech and Slovak market leader Ticketportal

AS Piletilevi PLG, the group behind the Bilietai.lt brand in Lithuania, has taken a major and historic step by acquiring Ticketportal – the leading ticketing platform in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Following this acquisition, Piletilevi PLG’s annual ticketing volume will double, reaching nearly EUR 600 million. The deal was finalized on June 12 in Prague.

Dariaus and Girėnas Stadium is gearing up for another extraordinary musical
evening—on July 10, legendary rock band Guns N' Roses will thunder through
Kaunas.



The band has confirmed that their performance in Kaunas will last a full three hours. It
will be the third stop of their tour titled “Because What You Want and What You Get
Are Two Completely Different Things”. Before Kaunas, the band will perform in
Tampere, Finland.

Fans can expect a marathon of greatest hits and endless energy. Concertgoers are
encouraged to review the event guidelines to ensure an unforgettable experience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT STADIUM ENTRY
• Standing area (Parter A and B) and VIP ticket holders must use their
designated entrances.
• During the concert, all standing area ticket holders (A and B) will be in the
same general zone.
• Fan zone (Entrance C) ticket holders must also use their specific entry.
• To speed up entry, organizers recommend preparing tickets in advance.
Tickets are non-personalized and can be printed or downloaded to
smartphones.
An information center will be located near Entrances A and B:
• Storage lockers will be available from 17:00 to 01:00 (size: 40x27x45 cm, price:
€15).

PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL IN ADVANCE
Entry to the stadium starts at 17:00. Early arrivals will have time for security checks,
snacks, drinks, and can enjoy the opening act.
The opening band will be Public Enemy, the iconic American hip-hop group formed in
1985.
Before the event, visit www.stadionas.lt to explore the stadium map, entrances, exits,
restrooms, etc.
Important: You must enter through the entrance marked on your ticket (A, B, VIP, or
FAN ZONE C). Entry through other gates will not be allowed.

SECURITY CHECKS & PROHIBITED ITEMS
You will undergo a thorough security check. Leave prohibited items at home or
prepare them for inspection. Items not allowed:
• Umbrellas and backpacks (can be stored in lockers)
• Outside food, drinks, or water
• Bottles, cans, thermoses, containers
• Professional photo/video equipment, GoPros, drones, selfie sticks
• Laptops, tablets, binoculars
• Flags, posters
• Sharp items, weapons, explosives, fireworks, lasers, syringes
• Alcohol and illegal substances
• Animals
• Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, helmets, foldable chairs/stools

TRANSPORT & PARKING
The stadium is in central Kaunas, next to Ąžuolynas Park. Use public transport or
walk—no parking for cars, bikes, scooters near the venue.
Entry to Perkūno Alley is allowed only for local residents with permits.
With a valid concert ticket, public transport in Kaunas is free, starting 3 hours before
and ending 3 hours after the event.
Additional special bus routes ST1, ST2, ST3, ST4 will operate from 16:00 until 02:00.

Traffic restrictions after the show:• Parodos Hill (between K. Petrausko and Vytauto Ave.) will be closed to private
vehicles.
• Turns from K. Donelaičio St. and Vytauto Ave. will be restricted.
• Officers will manage closures near Petrausko St. and Vydūno Alley.
Bus drivers can park at:
• Dainų Slėnis parking
• Aleksotas Aerodrome
• Kaunakiemio & Karmelitų St. intersection
Private vehicle users are advised to park at:
• Kaunas Bus Station
• Vienybės Square underground lot
• Akropolis Mall
• Žalgiris Arena
• Multi-storey parking at K. Donelaičio g. 65A
For ride-hailing: use Tunelio St. / Dainų Slėnis as pick-up/drop-off point.



ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
People with disabilities arriving by car can park at the underground lot of the athletics
arena, with valid documentation.
• A, B, or VIP ticket holders will have ramp access to seating.
• C sector ticket holders with mobility issues should contact event staff at ticket
scanning points.
To bring medically necessary items (e.g., medications or special food), show proper
medical documentation.

Weather can’t be guaranteed. Umbrellas are prohibited, so bring a rain poncho in case
of rain.

No outside food or beverages allowed. You can buy official Guns N' Roses
merchandise, food, and drinks on-site.
Payments are card-only or contactless (Apple Pay / Google Pay). Cash is not
