Riga, Latvia’s Skaņu Mežs festival for adventurous music will host its 22nd edition on 4-5 October at concert hall Hanzas Perons (16a Hanzas street). “MoselWeins” in collaboration with eleven German and Luxembourg wineries, will host the third GOLDEN WINES FESTIVAL 2025 on 9 and 10 May 2025 in the H2O 6 quarter. The special guest of the festival will be the 8th oldest winery in the world “Weingut Karthäuserhof”, and we will also present a wide range of wines from eight German wine regions, Luxembourg's Mosel Valley and Alsace wineries in France.
At this festival, we want to introduce visitors to the high-quality wines from Germany, Luxembourg and Alsace in France, to compare, taste and enjoy the wines of the different regions of these countries, and to learn about the culture and traditions of their wineries.
More than 100 different wines will be available for tasting during GOLDEN WINES FESTIVAL 2025.
The festival will take place in four sessions, hosted by the best Baltic sommeliers, who will present the festival wines and talk about wine and food pairing. The event will include a "winemaker vs. sommelier" question game, a "blind tasting" and all sorts of other activities with and about wines.
H2O Banquets and its chefs will offer excellent snacks to complement the wines.
